Marilyn was born and raised in Sacramento; in fact, a third generation native.  After graduating from the University of California at Davis, she settled in other parts of the country - Hawaii, San Antonio, TX, Boulder, CO, and Laguna Beach, CA before returning to Sacramento.  Marilyn began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Laguna Beach.  She has more than 18 years of experience in real estate and as a loan officer in the lending industry

Marilyn enjoys real estate because she finds it to be a source of challenge.  “Buying and selling property can become very convoluted, creating tremendous stress for everyone involved.  A major portion of my job is to put out the fires and keep everything on course.  If something goes wrong, it is more important to talk about who is going to fix it than who is to blame.”

Marilyn specializes in Land Park, Greenhaven, Pocket, Midtown, East Sacramento and South Land Park.

In her spare time Marilyn is a fitness consultant, artist, and animal rights advocate.  She resides in South Land Park Estates.
