Tanea Evans has been a Realtor with Cook Realty since 2006. Tanea is a wife and a mother of 2 children. She leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

A practicing member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and is an Elk Grove/Sacramento area specialist. She often works closely with the Relocation Dept. assisting buyers and sellers and has helped countless transferees with rental assistance. She is also a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure negotiator and has successfully closed many of these transactions during this current market trend.
