Tom served as the Director of Airports for Sacramento County for more than 12 years. He was responsible for the construction of the new Terminal A, its stores and restaurants and other support facilities. This included the second runway, new roadways, and the planting of more than 12,000 trees at the new Sacramento International Airport. He also oversaw the successful conversion of Mather Air Force Base from a military base to a civilian airport handling air freight and private airplanes. Tom brings a knowledge of financing, property leases, construction, land development, and planning to his new career in real estate.
