Magdalene Hsu (pronounced "she"), was born in China and raised in Hong Kong. After graduating, Maggie immigrated to America and established herself in the Sacramento area. In trying to find an occupation she felt would be both interesting and challenging, she decided real estate would fill this goal. In starting her career, she felt Cook Realty with its good reputation and fine staff would be the place to work. This has proven to be a good choice for her to make.

Maggie, starting her 19th year with Cook Realty, has been quite successful in serving her client needs. The core of her business is from former customers and from referrals.

She has found being fluent in speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and some other Chinese dialects very helpful in conducting her business. Most all her clients are used to working with her at odd hours for their convenience...a 24/7 type Realtor.
