Helen’s knowledge of construction from the ground up gives an advantage to her clients in making the right choice in homes. She has worked with her family in property management of multiple residential and commercial units. Helen herself has invested in residential and multiple unit family homes. Helen enthusiastically updated her rentals to a higher standard. She also designed and operated a 2500sq. ft. restaurant in Shingle Springs called the Bagel Basket Gourmet Café.
Helen takes great pride in the meticulous upkeep of her South Land Park home. She and her two teenage children enjoy participating in many social and community organizations. Her daughter attends St. Francis High School and is very active in the music department, playing a variety of instruments. Her son attends the Sutter Middle School ’s Gifted and Talented Education Program and enjoys playing baseball for Land Park Little League.
Helen is experienced in selling homes in the greater Sacramento area. She specializes in the Land Park and South Land Park areas. Helen is a long time member of the Masters Club.
